Benefits of using Yoga Trapeze

1Improve Flexibility

2Improve Strength

3Reduce Stress & Pain

4Improve Movement

CoreFeatures

Once you get inverted, the Yoga Trapeze will change your backbends forever—less pain and more flexibility with balanced upper body and core strength.

Why Our Yoga Swing Stands Out

The abdominal muscles are actually spine support muscles, and a weak core means you’re at risk of injury. When you strengthen your core, you strengthen your spine—it’s that simple. Our Yoga Trapeze will facilitate improved strength.

Flexibility reduces injury and chronic pain in the shoulders, back muscles, hips, and legs. Everyday routines, such as working at a computer all day, commuting, and carrying children can contribute to what we call a “locked up” spine. And a locked up spine is at least two to five times more injury-prone than a flexible one. In this way, mobility and flexibility are essential for long-term spinal health.

The muscles supporting the spine can act like tight cables that cause stress and pain on your vertebrae. Both physical and emotional stress can also affect your upper back, neck, and shoulders. Our Yoga Trapeze Swing will decompress your spine and reduce both stress and pain throughout your body.

Frequently Asked Questions

How can I put the Yoga Trapeze on a tree or on a door in my apartment?

The simplest way to install it is using an exposed beam in your house, garage or porch. You could also use the top bar on a swing set or a tree branch which is very simple. You just hang the rope over and hook in. View the setup instructions here.

How can I bolt the Yoga Trapeze into the ceiling?

Please use this link below to help you with this type of installation: Yoga Trapeze Bolt Setup.

At what height should the trapeze hang?

The length from the carabiner to the base of the trapeze is approximately 50 inches (125 cm). The longest handle is approximately 53 inches (134 cm). However, you should allow for more space when hanging the trapeze, as the ropes add at least six inches or so. We suggest the trapeze hangs about hip height so that you can get in and out without difficulty.

How far apart should the ceiling bolts be?

Approximately 60cm. To find the width another way, we recommend you stand with your arms outstretched. Bend your arms and point your hands at a 90-degree angle towards the ceiling. This should be the distance between bolts.

Can I hang the trapeze outside?

Yes, of course. Because it can be set up and taken down easily, many people love to take the trapeze for afternoons in the park or in the backyard.

What is the weight limit of the trapeze?

The maximum weight on the Yoga Trapeze is 350 pounds (158 kg) and weight tested for up to 600 pounds (272 kg). Although the strength of where you hang it is generally the limiting factor. Please be sure that wherever you hang the trapeze can support your weight.
